Since the AX 2012 R3 don’t have the functionality to store the attached document to the SharePoint which is on another domain, Is there any possible way to develop a connector which will allow AX to Communicate with SharePoint and upload the attachments to the SharePoint Library.

That was how I understood security should be set up and followed it religiously. But then I noticed how the standard privileges are created (all hail Microsoft). I am doing a full build at the moment, otherwise I would've searched for a nice example & screenshot. But I think the privilege related to the CustTable includes around 20 menu item references.
So which is the "correct" method? What you mentioned makes sense and is also what Microsoft docs says (if I remember correctly), but Microsoft themselves do it differently.
I can't translate it. It does not write an error log.

I cant see any error in your screenshot but I can see that you have a pending invoice for your purchase order. If this is an direct delivery purchase order then it will be invoiced as soon as inter company sales order is invoiced.
Please try to report the pending invoice and if you dont want to repost the same then delete the pending invoice and try invoicing again. Make sure you validate this in test environment.

There are a number of rebates - both at Customer rebates-Rebates and at the Bill-back workbench which are based on "Cumulate sales by Month", but at neither of the two Places the function "Cumulate" doesn't do anything (expected Status change To be calculated to Calculated).
What am I missing?

If you are using Dynamics 365 then you have a dedicated workspace to follow up on the purchase orders.
There is a tile which says "Registered not received orders"
This will filter all purchase orders which are registered but not yet received.
Is there a way to find all Purchase Orders with a "Registered" status?

A quick question: In AX 2009 is this report: Inventory management > Reports > Status > Physical inventory > Physical inventory by inventory dimension. This report gives you your stock on a certain day.
My question: at what time during the day is the stock measured? At 0:00 or 23:59 (so almost the next day)?

With help of a customization it would be possible to make the User ID field editable on the AD import wizard. Ensure you don't change the ADAlias field as this is one of the parts used for authentication of the user (together with the SID and domain fields).
If you create the users manually, you can already provide an own user ID.

Note that Microsoft itself has a lot of developers; possibly all with their own vision. I'm not sure if they have internal rules to follow a certain pattern or not. During the migration from AX2012 to Dynamics 365, Microsoft had added over 1500 data entities... so really a lot of effort was put in creating these data entities; possibly with the priority for having the entities above a certain pattern for security.

The date fields (Date physical and Date financial) on the Inventory transactions don't have a time stamp. The report will print it including the date. If you use e.g. June 30; it will include all transactions on this last day.

i'm working on D365 For operations ad i'd like to know why in the url, during navigation, not always the param "mi" is refreshing with the correct menu item.
For me, this happens for some customization, but i see this happening also with some standard form. For example, from salesTableListPage clicking on one salesorder and navigating on the detail form, the "mi" url param is not refreshing and remains "salesTableListPage". If i do a page refresh, i lose the salestable page and AX return on the list page.
I'd like to know if this is a standard behaviour or is there some parameter to activate or use?

In the column definition use column type "Attr" (and bookcode) later to show transaction attributes.

You are now describing a bit more challenging scenario. You can indeed create a policy on the journal lines, but that is a bit cumbersome if the user will forget the correct filter if you are using e.g. the payment proposal functionality. For manual journal entry, XDS policies would be possible. Depending on the complete scenario, you would need additional customizations apart from XDS.

I assume your computer is running an English version of Windows? I think I have seen this error about 4-5 years ago. I can't remember the situation and the solution, but thought at that time we also had seen "Chinese characters", Anyway, try to use the next site for troubleshooting general issues: technet.microsoft.com/.../ee355063.aspx.
