we are tracing an item on Ax 2012 and we found a journal number INJR010076 . we coudnt find this journalID but we can see on the backend database on INVENTRANSORIGIN Table. what is the possible cause of this?
Also What is Inventory Date? where is this use? kindly elaborate the differnce with Expected date.

I have been trying to make one customization for last two weeks but can't make it as I am new to AX. Please Help me with this somebody. I am even ready to pay 50$ for this particular customization. Please help Please Please Please.
My requirement is, In this form, there is a field Available Physical. this is the actual quantity in the inventory left for all the products.
and this is the form where we enter the minimum and maximum quantity of product seperately. means for each product there is a form like this. all the form like these are connected to one table.
So What we need to do is , we need to compare available physical from that table from the minimum and maximum. and on the update of the available physical quantity, if it gets less then the minimum quantity of any product the notification should be sent to a customized group of people in system administration, else if the physical quantity get more than the maximum quantity notification should be sent to the same group sayingg the inventory increased.

In object-oriented programming, objects are the primary way to combine multiple values for message passing.
Nevertheless implementing business logic as a sequence of forms calling each other is always a bit suspicious. Consider building the business logic as a class that opens some forms when needed. The class itself will hold the data.

I have created a new web application using Sharepoint central administration (http://testdev). After that I am trying to create a new Enterprise portal site using Create Site collection option under Sharepoint Central administration. I am mentioning the web application I created earlier, but when I click OK I am getting the following error message:

Enterprise Portal and SharePoint Database
Hi Experts!
Good Day!
I just want to know if what are the database used by Enterprise Portal? Also what do I need to backup on the database below for the sharepoint and EP db's.
In addition is it OK if I put the SharePoint and EP database on the same box with AX database server?
