Have you checked in GL in the inquiry section whether you have some pending subledger Journal entries that are not yet transferred to GL?
Once they are transferred, you should be able to identify your costs at the account Level.

Those are supposed to show the currently selected records' 2 selected fields in the form's window title bar (typically a unique identifier and a description for the records).
You need to set the Datasource on the Design node on the form. If it does not show, you either have no records selected, no values in the field, or you did not set the datasource on the design.

Open the fixed asset that you want to change and then select the 'transfer fixed asset' button.
In the form that opens, you can specify the new department and any other new financial dimension.

Thank you. I configured three advanced rules, each blank, and each has a single advanced rule structure attached. One is for no cost center, one is for no store, and one is for no cost center and no store. I am getting the same error as I got before when creating a journal line. I typed in the account number 602000 (which 365 accepts), and then when I click in to the next fin dim segment Store, I get this error: "Unable to return DimensionAttributeValue record for 400000." 365 then blanks out my line and I then get "Blank is not allowed for Store for the combination."

RE: How to create a Receipt for remaining delivery quantity without knowing the PO? AX 2012 R3
Hi Adrain123,
If this is a business scenario then there is one way you can find the PO and without knowing the number and post receipt against it.
You can go to arrival overview and filter all pending purchase order by that vendor and for that item by putting them in the filter at arrival options pane. Also by selecting "not complete" in show lines AX will filter only those lines which are pending for this item from the that vendor.
By doing this you will get only few purchase orders filtered and you can select easily against which purchase order you want to post receipt. Also the quantity field in arrival overview is the pending quantity and not the order quantity.
So using arrival overview form with correct filters you can find the purchase order for the item easily in case you dont know the purchase order number.
