Installed AX-2012-R3 but found everything is EMPTY and FEW-ERRORS in the CLIENT

I have installed AX-2012-R3, it was successful installation (as per the last-screen of setup)

The AX-Services "Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Server 6.3$01-MicrosoftDynamicsAX" is starting & running normally

But when I started the AX-Client ("Ax32.exe", even tried with Run-As Administrator), the AX screen is totally empty and just few errors in message window (see the image below)

with this startup, i do not even find the Initialization-Checklist Panel.... (so cannot even compilation)

Any clues would be great....
