Issue in upgrading to CU9

Hi All,

I upgraded to CU9 from AX2012 R3 RTM. I performed necessary operations(compilation, cil, sync, software  update checklist) then it got upgraded to 

kernel version 6.3.2000.326

application version 6.3.2000.323

but when I restart the system then the versions are resetting as below
