New voucher number sequence can't work for journal

Hi everyone,

I create new voucher number sequence for Fixed asset journal in year 2018.

The previous number sequence has format: NFAA17#####

The new number sequence has format: NFAA18#####. It is used for only one company . It will start from 1 to 99999 continuous (the same setup with previous voucher number sequence excepts for format)

After create and set up new number sequence for Fixed asset journal, the number does not start at 1, it starts at 185 (NFAA1800185). After posting the journal, I check the number sequence form again and the result is that it display the next number is 1.

The journal after posting has voucher number is NFAA1800185

The number sequence form after posting does not change even the next number. It still be 1

Additionally, the entity is located in Thailand.

Any help would be appreciated,

just change insert at end and insert at empty values from yes to no at data source.

Hello Rana,

Its a simple and above data like SalesmanID, name, business unit, totalsales(amountInvoiced on salesTable) you can get this from SalesTable it self. I will suggest you to develop using RDP based classes. For CustInvoiceJour Table there is already a relation exists on SalesTable.

Hi,

Check insertIntoSalesInvoiceHeaderFooterTmp() method where all header details stored in table. add your code here and refresh data source in visual studio once if you have changed field mapping.

Hi, i have the follow error trying to conect the real time service, the user of the application pool is valid user un AX and the rigth permission.

"LSRetailPosis.TransactionServices.EstablishConnection: System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Username password validation failed: transaction service profile RTS not found in AX.."

I Have to server one for aos and one por DB, in the DB i am installing the POS and asyncserver, asynclient and realtimer service.

Writing in this thread coz, getting this error only after writing above code. previously this lookup functionality was working fine.

no code is written for lookup ... it comes through relation with student table.

does in any way my jumpref method is affecting this.

Yes, it is 1.

Can you explain in more detail if you understand the way AX work for this case?

I create it => assign it to journal form => create and post journal

The problem is:

1. The first voucher number is not 1, it's 185

2. After post journal, I check the number sequence form, it still be 1, does not change.

Dimension on form is working with class DimensionDefaultingController . Till now I did not get any form where any dimension group is linked with any Menuitems. tabFinancialDimensionTable and tabFinancialDimensionLine these two tabs you can hide or enable disable using code in Form = SALESTABLE.INIT().
