Load planning work bench - Shipment ID
Hello Everyone,
I am working as functional BA with Microsoft ERP implementation. I am on a load planning workbench and I found several options to choose an order from the order table. There is one more option named as shipment ID along with sales order, purchase order and transfer orders in the order table on load planning workbench. Can anyone advise when the shipment ID created and when it will appear in load planning workbench?

Hi,
You have to use debugger to solve it. If you put a breakpoint in that line, can you see if the given transaction has any company value? In the my current environment, there is an operation for the this.company value, if it is empty, that could cause similar problems.

Hi AXperts,
I am trying to upload data into the 'Pending Costs' for Items under Released Products using Excel Upload.
So, i have created a costing version called '2016-Q1' and the dimension no for my Warehouse is 'DimNo.-000177'.
The Costing Version has the 'From Date' as '31/12/2015'.
I have tried publishing this item with the following dates :
- 31/12/2015
- 2/5/2016 (Today's Date)
- 2/6/2016 (Future Date)
- No Date
But the error remains the same.
The AOT Table name is 'InventItemPriceSim'. Please let me know if any of you have faced a similar situation before or have any idea about this.

i added the following Entry Points to my privilege :
LedgerJournalTable9
LedgerJournalTransVendInvoice
LedgerJourSplitPostingLdgrJourTrnVendInv
with the Access Level as 'Delete' and then added the privilege to a Duty and assigned it to the role.
Please let me know if you need more help around the same.

Breakdown of voucher for Journals
Hi Experts,
I want to create a separate role for users having access to the 'Breakdown of Voucher' functionality.
As per my understanding, the privilege that needs to be added to the role for the same is 'MaintainVendorInvoiceJournalTransactions' but when i add it to a role and assign that to the user, it doesn't work.
I also found that the duty associated with it was 'VendInvoiceVendorInvoiceMaintain' but on adding it, the user is still not able to use the functionality and the New and the Delete buttons are greyed out on the form.
Anybody has any idea about it? Please share. Thanks. :)

Storage Dimensions on Report as Query Range
Good Morning,
I am Developing One report.
In that i Have taken ProjTable as base query.
The report fetches data from Service Orders as well as Journals From Project Management.
But Here they want Storage Dimensions.
How can i add in My Query.
As my Base Query is of ProjTable and i didnot find any Relation.
Please suggest shall i add these Storage Dimensions
or can i add as Query Range.
Please help.

Hi André,
that is right that the RecID of the role might be different.
The boolean Y makes sure that a user that had the systemadminrole assigned previoisly will not loose it. The check for user "Admin" before the delete Action is just an additional check to be 200% sure not to take away the systemadminrole from the systemadmin.
Of course, if in other Environments user Admin does not exist, it should be replaced by the local systemadmin.

Hi all,
When someone compile product without have system administrator role, they take this error "The specified client configuration does not contain valid WCF settings" before this error like this error"you havent necessary permission"
Can i solve this problem dont give system administotar role these users?

Hi,
Im accessing the AX env from mobile devices through AIF document services in which I need to filter records by applying criteria on child datasource which was mapped to root with 1:n(outer join) relation..
But im getting error as "
You cannot specify criteria on the <child ds name>data source. The data source is not root data source or linked to the root data source by inner joins.
but i need to apply outer join as per the requirement
Kindly advice..
