Why do you want to work with tables if you do not know how to use them? The information which you requested is in our replies. Those tables are used for storing everything related to security, including assignments to users. Spend some time to digest the information in them, or get a technical staff to it for you and explain it later.

I have no idea what optidoc is, that is not Standard AX. If it is a custom solution, please try to get in touch with the ISV who has implemented it.
It could also be misconfiguration if you are using Terminal Server solutions like Citrix, where such shortcuts could possibly be blocked? Check with your system engineers.

1. In one of our Forms F5 refresh have been diabled, but The "it" guy can't figure out how to turn it back on, off course its the form we use all the time so it becomes a strain
2. And also if i am typing a value in a textbox in a form, would it be possible to auto refresh when i "tab" to the next textbox etc?
3. if i wanted to explain to our IT staff how to make optidoc store a copy of a file in a folder, "in our setup i am forced to do a Stoneage by printing the doc and manually edit and then feed it back to the AX form " any videos or step by step somewhere i can show the IT guy?"

Check if you have selected the correct language in your AX client. If you newly created the label, it would also help to restart the AOS service. For the new Dyn365 this can be done by a build or restart of IIS.
Do you see any transactions in AX that are in the time interval you've set on the statement? Are these transactions maybe included in another statement?

In the retail store I did setup "Statement method" is shift, "Closing method" is shift.
When I did calculate by manual, selected "Closing method" is Shift, there are nothing calculated.

The scenario is, we provide services and get revenue. For this we are using Free text invoices for direct revenue, without Sales Orders.
New requirement is, our Finance Dept willing that Operation Dept should enter Sales Orders and after approval through WorkFlow, Finance will raise the invoices.
During the time of AX implementation, Sales Orders were not the requirement, so our vendor did not implement SO setup. Now we wan to do our self, save money.
Please guide what steps, settings, procedures, posting profiles required etc so we should start using our Sales Orders, workflow and invoicing.

Hi I got some information about the error and the reason why it occurs.
The webservice returns a result object from System.Web.Http.Results.OkResult if everything is fine, otherwise there will be no return value sent.

We have the following scenario and I wonder if standard AX for retail 2012 R3 handles this?
Legal entity A: Central warehouse
Legal entity B: Sales company in country B
Legal entity C: Sales company in country C
We would like to have one online store in legal entity B and one in legal entity C, but we want them to display the stock levels of the warehouse in legal entity A (distribution warehouse).
Orders are placed in legal entity B and C and using Intercompany the orders are distributed with direct delivery directly to customer.
How would we do this in the best way?

Assuming it's a WebAPI service, you should get an HttpResponseMessage in all cases. Then you have to check the status code before trying to read the response, because there doesn't have to be any. It's seems that you missed this step.
HttpResponseMessage class offers StatusCode and IsSuccessStatusCode properties and EnsureSuccessStatusCode() method for this purpose.

we are planning an upgrade from AX2012 R2 CU9 to AX2012 R3 CU12 for an our customer.
What is the better way to proceed with the upgrade?
It is better to install a clean version of R3 and do the upgrade and after that apply the CU12, or it is better to install the R3 with CU12 silpstreamed and do the upgrade?

Other thing my AX.RetailStore Table is EMPTY.
2) In Full data Sync few Jobs are giving error like" Currency have not Found" Common error and some are running properly.
I need to resolve this error also for Smoothly Full data sync.
3) My Async Configuration Tool is Connect successfully.

There are two places that you Need to check and as I understood your comments the first one should be setup fine. Anyway, please double check it, once again.
(1) InventoryManagement-Setup-Posting-Posting-SalesOrderTab-Revenuesection
Please ensure that all accounts for all of your combinations consisting of items, customer and taxes exist
(2) GL-Setup-Posting-AccountsForAutomaticTransactions
Please test if setting up a ledger account for the posting type 'sales order revenue' resolves your problem.
