Thanks for your suggestions.

I am using the UNC path(Network path), other reports I am able to run in batch but not for reports like  sales confirmation, purchase order confirmation   and invoice Reports.

SMTP also already configured and getting the emails into our inboxes for other reports.

Please let me know if I have any other trouble shooting steps?
