Dynamic labels on Grid Groups

Hello everyone, 

I have a scenario where I have to enter a lable for two controls of the  grid as above. The requirement is that the length of  Label("Description" above) must be the same with the length of the corresponding controls(FieldA and FieldB above). 

Does anyone have any idea, how  can I resolve this?
