Form is very slow on Released products (When we try to Edit any product) AX 2012 R3

Hi,

We are using AX 2012 R3 CU13 and the Released products (When we try to Edit any product form), it takes up to 20 minutes to load depending the environment we are going to open it.

We did some performance tracing but the issue is still persist.

Is this a known issue in AX 2012 R3 CU13?
