How to duplicate or recall JE? in GP AX 2009

Hello,

I used GP but not the AX2009 version. I need to recall the entry from a prior month and duplicate it with the same voucher number? I want to be consistant as my predecessor used the JE# everymonth. But when I create a new JE it assigns a new voucher number. Are there is any full user guides? Thank you all so much! Happy holidays!!!
