Purchase orders

Hi everyone,

I am facing a new issue today.Wile creating a brand new purchase order it automatically picks up the line item which was entered in the last created purchase order along with the quantity ,unit and price.And further gives an error at the time of confirmation of the PO that update has been cancelled.

Can anyone suggest how to deal with it???
