Our client recently upgraded to AX 2012 R3 and using warehouse management module with Mobile device functionality .
Issue :
Most of the times when business users try to login to the mobile devices and during transactions , users will be kicked out automatically . The error on Warehouse Mobile Device Portal is “Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request. Please retry your request or contact your system administrator”
Issue Description :
The error frequency is not constant. As part of trouble shoot ,the main servers are rebooted the devices will work for a while with no issues.... After a number of hours we start to see timeouts in the browser on screens. This progressively gets worse as time progresses.
Analysis results :
The configuration of the mobile device follows the Microsoft guide lines and no loses found regarding the configuration.
Already followed the below posts as part of trouble shoot , but the suggested solutions are already in place.
