Does anyone have the solution to this problem yet?
I'm experiencing this on the RF Menu screen when performing a PO receipt
The exact error message is:
"Inventory dimension Inventory profile is mandatory and must consequently be specified. Update has been canceled. Assign dimensions to LP"
All seems to be fine until I see the Batch/Lot number expiration date field is disabled and left blank.
I am including a screenshot of the error message.
Has anyone seen this and know how to resolve?
- Russia Localization is enabled.
- GTD is enabled in the tracking dimension
- Lot is enabled in the tracking dimension
- Inventory Dimension is enabled in the tracking dimension
- The item is associated to the correct reservation hierarchy
Not sure what else to check
