How to Cancel the Product Receipt for Purchase order in ax 2012 r3

I am Trying to Cancel the Product Receipt it is throwing the Error.

Please show the Error.

Purchase order: CPIL/PO/001021
Item: CM00116
Quantity -34.00 cannot be returned because items have already been returned or marked as open transactions.

An error occurred during update.

How to solve this Error.

can i install the Hot fix for this one.
