Hey Hamdan -
As mentioned previously, the D365O vms can be downloaded only through LCS. You must have an LCS implementaion project with Project owner access to do so. If you have access, follow the following steps.
1) In LCS project, Click on the hamburger icon and navigate to Cloud-hosted environments.
2) click on +Add button.
3) on the 'Select environment topology' pane, you'll see two options appeared, Azure and Locally. Select Locally here.
4) in the next screen, pick the most recent version available for either Sandbox or Development environment and follow the rest of the process to download it.
