Hi,
It seems you are unable to connect to the reporting server. Please check the whether the SSRS report server is up and running and password of service account specified on Reporting Services Configuration Manager is not expired. Also, the account should be a used as business connector proxy in Ax(System Administration > Setup > System > System service accounts). Supply the service account again and deploy the reports to check still if there is any error.
