I'm facing the same issue (platform update 6) and have tried to reinstall the data mart and other things. Since it didn't help I have create an incident in LCS and received the following suggestions to solve the issue:
- Find the mrruntimeuser password in the LCS environment
- Run the following against the nac-test_mrdb_bb2e84142cd4426c
ALTER USER mrruntimeuser WITH PASSWORD = '<LCS_Password>'
- Run IISRESET and restart the Management Reporter 2012 Process Service
None of this solved the issue, so next week I'm having a phone call with the support engineer from Microsoft and hopefully we can fix the issue. :-)
