Maybe I should clarify this. One of our Non AX users would like to run a report daily to see what our inventory levels are and what we need to order. Our purchasing agent will run the MP report, export it to Excel then email this off. We are just looking for some way of potentially having the non ax user to just (for instance) open excel, run a connection against SQl that would show them Min/Max levels, the cost of the item and what would need to be ordered. They would then clarify this with the purchasing agent. I just don't know if there is a simple way of doing this.
