Company level grid changes

Hi,

In the grid level I have to achieve this. I have these fields (A, B, C, D, E, F)

For CEU company the grid have to display like this,

A   B   C   D   E   F

For CEE company the grid have to display like this,

A   D   B   C   F  E

Is it possible to achieve it?
