We have a handful of users whose RDP sessions will randomly disconnect issues them the error "Because of a protocol error, this session will be disconnected. Please try connecting to the remote computer again". It isn't happening to all users but to a handful. The ax sessions stay open and eventually the user is able to reconnect again. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas to resolve this?
