My company has just migrated to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3. I was assigned to enter all workers/positions profiles as advised by my supervisor. All data entries like department number, reports-to (i.e. who review & approve employee's timesheets), email address, etc. are verified correctly & all positions are shown in 'time-sheet hierarchy' correctly. The timesheet workflow is also created by someone else, but it seems to work well I guess because now all employees can enter their timesheets & submitted their timesheets. However for some unknown reason, several approvers cannot see their subordinates' timesheets (in Timesheets for my review) even thought these timesheets have already submitted & their status are 'in-review'.
I checked worker/position profiles of all employees to make sure all of them were set up in the same way. But I don't know what causes this situation.
