However, we will continue trying to find the solution to your problem.

Additional actions:

> Check the permissions of your user in this environment. Try as full administrator on the machine and run the Visual Studio as an administrator;

> Did you tried to perform this operation on another page/usercontrol (without proxy in reference) ? 

>Check the permissions on the folder EP [C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ microsoft shared \ Web Server Extensions \ {14} \ TEMPLATE \ LAYOUTS \ ep];

> Make sure the VS is properly connected that AX environment. Try editing a user control (as a blank line customization), save, and make sure the corresponding edit user control reflected within the AX / AOT environment. Deploy this user control.

> Maybe you can try reinstall Visual Studio Tools and Business Connector component.
