Item "on hold" error in item-movement transaction in Inventory Module in AX-2009

Hi, 

While trying to select a newly created item in Lines-grid in "Item Movement Journal", I am getting an error saying "Item xxxxx is on hold" and the application is not allowing to do any other transactions likewise

Where is this value "On Hold" for items marked...?

How can I remove this "on-hold" flag for the items...?
