Not able to transfer order since release to warehouse gives "One of the lines is aleady on a Load, unable to release to warehouse"

Hi,

In creating a transfer order it throws error that 'One of the lines is aleady on a Load, unble to release to warehouse'.  'Automatically create at transfer order entry' is of in warehouse parameters.

If I delete the load already created I can release and a wave is created. However, the picking lines are empty and I have no lines to post.

Is this a bug or something setup wrong?
