I have the same request from my Customer. The only solution I've found (till today ...) is to cancel lines on shipment (and load) and then release again those lines in the warehouse. A new shipment is created and job is done.
In my case, it's just one or two cases per month, this manual issue is enought.
For you, it looks different, but up to me there is no other solution at this time.
