Can anybody tell me what a default way of working is with the mobile devices?
First. we struggle with having the mobile device, but than entering the work order in is cumbersome (or you need to print the work detail..with a very small barcode font which is not easy to scan). I added a work list overview with all work items..I hope AX will not assign 1 pick up to multiple people.
Second, once the picking is ready...how then to know which work order belongs to that work item on the mobile device. The mobile device will not tell for what sales order it is. So on the outbound it is difficult to say to what order that pieces of works belong. Once back on the packing table we leave the picked items to the person there to have them packed..but how to know what belongs to what?
