Bank account User Security

Dear All

i need to list  specific banks to specific users when they use General journal transaction

from General Ledger--> Journals--> General Journal

i can to specify the ledger that i need to list from journal control and adding which segment values are valid

but when i try to add bank type i can not specify any bank

can any one help me
