I'm not sure if I'm posting the right or relevant question here.
But, I'm newbie to dynamics, and is task to do technical infra review of our client ERP system (AX R3) - including BCP/DR, Network, Database, Security and etc.
Would really welcome if anyone can recommend standard process to follow if there is one.? Tools to use? Also, manuals to read for functional features which will be very handy for the 2nd phase of the review.
Will appreciate and be grateful to any expert advises you guys can give.
