"No Transactions to post" message coming while doing the closing sheet. How to solve this?

I am in the process of closing a period 10-11. steps followed as follows:

1. Changed the period codes to stopped

2. Create the closing sheet and added the closing accounts

3. changed the period codes to open

4. While clicking the post button in the closing accounts form - this err is coming.
