The AOS service is not able to run with it's FQDN identity. This meens, if you are in a multidomain environment, you maybe will have to work with hostfile entries on clients.

Please have a look at this post:

You can easily check this, if your clients are able to ping the hostnames of all AX servers.

But if all of your servers and clients are in the same domain, you should check your network configuration.
