WCF Error in AX 2012 R2 CU9

Hi,

I installed a new second and clean AOS instance on a Windows Server 2012 R2. 

Installation was no problem. Now I want to create configs for the new second AOS and when I click on "Refresh Configuration" on Dynamics AX Client Configuration Tool I got this:

CIL is fully done and on the "old" AOS which points to the same data base, it is working fine.

Would be greate if someone has an idea?
