Batch order issue in AXR2.

hello all,

today i am facing a problem with batch order. today i want to create a batch order with Qty 2500 for an item but when i tried to create, it gives me an error message.

step1: i created batch order with 2500 qty

step2: it has been created and then i clicked estimated button.

step3: I clicked on start button from action pane.

step4: and then i gave route numbers from Oper.No to To Oper.No. and then i got the error.

kindly tell me what i have to do?

i noticed that when ever i made the batch order for more than 2000 qty. it gives me same error.
