Upgrade from Ax2012 R2 To R3 issue

i am  facing an issue during an upgrade from ax 2012 r2 to r3 , after i completed the data upgrade successfully i am trying to start all the aif service , i got these error "The schema was not found for the document 'AifEntityKeyPage' in port " in most of the inbound ports

any one have solution to that issue
