AX 2012 R2
User created two account structures BS and PL . P&L account structure attached in the Budget form .
Assume that client has 20 P&L accounts ,for Cleaning expenses account budget register entry created and posted , Budget registered amount - $10000.
Now when user posts the General journal for the Cleaning expense account with amount $15000 , system does not allow to post and throws the error . In this scenario system working fine .
As i mentioned above user created the budget register entry for Cleaning expense account only , for rest of 19 P&L accounts budget register entry not created .
Now the issue is when user posts the general journal for Vehicle expenses account, system throws the same error as cleaning expenses account.
The question is without defining the budget register entry for Vehicle expenses account, how system will consider budgeting and why it throws the error ? Is it bug or standard functionality ?
