Multiple Sales Orders Created at AX Client against single Order in AX POS

Dear Concerns,

hope you all are doing great, I have issue accrued during MTM sale Order Creation In AX POS, when I have create the order in POS, it will create multiple SALES ORDER at AX Client against one order with all same product, price and customer too. please help me. i want know the main issue, why it is created and how can i resolved the issue.
