Open amount in Budget Report

Hi experts,

I am working on the budget report in Management reporter which shows the original budget and actual amount. But the actual amount doesn't include the open PR/PO (approved in AX2012) amount which already occupy the budget. I have no idea about how to show the open PR/PO amount in MR budget report. Is that possible? Seems MR only can get the amount in GL which are posted. Please kindly guide me how to do it.
