Convert UTCDateTime String to UCTDateTime

Hi Guys

The command below works fine in p-code but the same in CIL no!

In CIL return an empty value.

Any Clue?

UCTDateTimeStr = "MM/DD/AAAA 12:00:00 am"

UCTdateTime = str2datetime(UCTDateTimeStr” , 213 );
