To shorten this incident :-) I had a look at the issue search in LCS for your incident but could not find a fix for the problem you describe.
Unfortunately, you will probably not be able to submit a support case with Microsoft unless you are able to reproduce the problem - as this is one of the first things the Microsoft guys will ask you...
For that reason I suggest that you sit down with one of your development colleagues and have a look at the problem. Very often such things happen if an adjustment is made but not rolled out immediately on all AOS resulting in the behaviour you describe that it works sometimes on one AOS but not on another one.
Also double check your setups and ensure that you are not incidentally using a worker for which e.g. no intercompany cost price has been setup.
