Define a single budget control rules Time span outside range of whole organisation budget time span

Dear

I have Set up the budget cycle time span to be based on the fiscal period January - December , but i have this one department in my organisation that follows the budget cycle July - June ,  

now if i use the budget control , can i define different budget cycle time span for this section different from all the others ?
