how to get the multiple addresses of the customer based on the Purpose in Sales invoice Report

i am customizing the sales invoice report(Morphx) in that i am trying to get the three different customer addresses in the report based on the Purpose, how to get the Multiple Addresses based on the Purpose field in that report.
