project -Accure Revenue confuse

Hi All ,

AX 2012 R3 - Project Module

Line Properties form - WIP posting label has two fields  a) Accrue Revenue

                                                                                 b) Capitalize Cost 

and  in Project groups form has the fields like post costs to BS or P&L and Accrue revenue ( Hour, Item , Expense) 

I am bit confuse the both options ,Could any pioneer explain the difference Accrue revenue and impact as it is available in both forms .

Which option will take priority during posting transactions ?
