I have recently found from this forum that the control over whether a reason code appears in a particular area of AX is based on the tick boxes at Organisation administration -> Financial reasons. For example, ticking both Customer and Ledger will ensure that the selected reason code appears when creating or editing a Free text invoice in AR.
My question is where else will the selected reason codes appear in other drop-down lists in AX or is there a guide that can help me with the various combinations of tick boxes?
