I have a customer that has multiple transactions against her account that are not her purchases. At this point we haven't identified the actual customer responsible for these transactions, but we want to remove these transactions/sales from the current customer to prevent it affecting her total sales and receiving correspondence for items not in her possession etc.
I can view the transactions in item sales history against her account, but when I go to functions, closed transactions editing, they don't appear. Any ideas please?
