anyway,
1)Service component of DIXF
The Data Import/Export Framework service must be installed on a computer that is running SQL Server Integration Services.
So, go to server where SQL Server integration services are running and make sure if you can see DIXF Services under Services.MSC
These should be running
2)AOS component of DIXF
The Data Import/Export Framework server must be installed on a computer that is running an instance of Microsoft Dynamics AX Application Object Server (AOS).
So, please go to your AOS Box and see DIXF-AOS Component, under installed programs
3) Client Component of DIXF
On machine where your rich client is installed, make sure DIXF Client component is installed under all programs
