Hello Imran, Unfortunately, I do not fully understand what you try to achieve. If you have setup a project in AX simply open a purchase order by selecting "item tasks - purchase order" and you automatically link the purchase order to your project. You can achieve the same by creating a purchase order from AP and linking it to the project required. If you track your projects outside of AX you can possibly work with a financial dimension "projects" that can be analyzed and the data be exported to your project software. Best regards, Ludwig
