Hide unit price from PR Lines and Modifying the PR header Overview tab by adding for each user's Dimensions (Department). in Microsoft Dynamic AX 2009

I want to make the unit price in PR Lines for some employees not for all and modify the overview tab in PR by adding the user's Dimensions (Department).
