Workflow Customization

HI, 

when we submit (PR, PO and SO), it will be submitted in workflow and mail should go to each user of workflow approver. 

When a user approves it in the mail , the same approval will be replicated in ERP. Should not require separate approval in ERP by User.Will this customization is possible with AX 2009?
