How to install AX2012 on client and server?

Hi experts,

I am planning on installing AX2012 R2 on my new server and running a trial on this new server.

Is this true that this link provide installation / setup file for AX2012?

And also, is this installation file is for the server that run AX2012 ? Can it also used to install for the client ?

Can I also get a dummy / trial version for the database?
